Welcome to the Research Center for Analytic German Idealism

The aim of the Research Center for Analytic German Idealism – or FAGI (Forschungskolleg Analytic German Idealism) as it is known in German – is to promote philosophical research at the crossroads of analytic philosophy and German Idealism.

The FAGI is funded by the Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung through James Conant’s Humboldt Project.

The Project supports an international network of departments and centers of philosophy, with a primary axis of cooperation between the University of Leipzig and the University of Chicago.
